Responsibilities
Deploy and configure Sophos security solutions.
Support endpoint and firewall environments.
Investigate security incidents.
Provide technical support to customers.
Maintain security documentation.
Coordinate with vendor technical support.
Requirements
Networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
Experience with firewalls and endpoint security.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of TCP/IP and network security.
Nice to Have
Sophos certification.
Experience with Microsoft security technologies.
Previous managed security support experience.
