About the Role
Delta Retail Solution is looking for a Software QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability and usability of our ERP, Retail, POS, Web and Mobile applications and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
Review business and functional requirements.
Prepare test plans, test scenarios and detailed test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration and user interface testing.
Test web applications and customer portals.
Test Android and mobile applications.
Test Retail and POS applications and business workflows.
Test ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 related solutions.
Test REST APIs and system integrations.
Validate business workflows and transaction results.
Perform database and data validation using SQL.
Identify, document and track software defects.
Prepare clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots and expected results.
Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing activities.
Work closely with developers, functional consultants and project teams.
Maintain QA documentation and testing evidence.
Support release and production validation activities.
Requirements
2+ years of Software Testing or Quality Assurance experience.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies.
Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
Experience with functional and regression testing.
Experience testing web applications.
Good understanding of REST APIs.
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document defects clearly.
Good Arabic and English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience testing ERP or business applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience testing Retail or POS systems.
Experience testing Android or mobile applications.
Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or other defect tracking systems.
Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
Experience with API automation.
ISTQB certification is an advantage.
