About the Role
Delta Retail Solution is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations X++ Developer to design, develop and support enterprise ERP customizations, extensions and integrations.
Responsibilities
Develop Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++.
Create extensions following Microsoft extensibility best practices.
Develop tables, forms, classes, data entities and business logic.
Develop and maintain integrations with external applications.
Work with OData, REST APIs and Data Entities.
Develop batch jobs and business-process automation.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Optimize X++ code and application performance.
Work with Dynamics security roles, duties and privileges.
Support data migration and integration activities.
Participate in code reviews and technical design.
Support deployment through development, UAT and production environments.
Work with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development experience.
Strong X++ development skills.
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture.
Experience with extensions and Chain of Command.
Experience with Data Entities and OData.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security framework.
Good SQL knowledge.
Experience with Visual Studio development for Dynamics 365.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce or Retail.
Experience with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory or Sales modules.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and source control.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and OAuth.
Experience developing enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of Power Platform.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical certification is an advantage.
