About the Role
Delta Retail Solution is looking for a Pre-Sales ERP & Retail Solutions Consultant to support ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, POS and retail technology sales opportunities through solution design, demonstrations and business analysis.
Responsibilities
Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
Conduct customer discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare solution architecture and scope of work.
Deliver ERP, Dynamics 365 and POS product demonstrations.
Prepare technical sections of proposals and presentations.
Support RFP and RFQ responses.
Estimate implementation scope with functional and technical teams.
Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
Support Proof of Concept and business trial activities.
Coordinate with sales, implementation and development teams.
Document customer requirements, assumptions and solution scope.
Requirements
3+ years of ERP, retail, POS or business application experience.
Good understanding of ERP business processes.
Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales and Retail operations.
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into solution proposals.
Good documentation and analytical skills.
Good Arabic and English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Commerce or retail systems.
Experience with POS solutions.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations and cloud solutions.
Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
